Activities performed:

The laboratory is primarily dedicated to preparing mineralogical samples to make them suitable for museum display. This involves cleaning specimens both mechanically and with the use of chemicals to enhance the specimens for display purposes and to highlight the desired mineralogical characteristics.

 

The laboratory is equipped for: 

degree theses, teaching exercises for the Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences and Technologies, and sample preparation for display in the Mineralogy Museum.
