1) Sustainable innovation supported by the digitalization of the wine sector
Research within the PNRR NODES VINO project, with a particular focus on the sustainable management of vineyard cover crops and the evaluation of alternative crops, taking into account the needs of ongoing climate change.
2) Cropping systems for climate change mitigation (e.g., regenerative agriculture, organic agriculture)
Research into agroecological practices such as innovative crop rotations, use of cover crops, intercropping systems, and biostimulant production.
3) Evaluation of ecosystem services in agronomy.
Use of tools for assessing business sustainability and calculating the ecosystem services provided by agroecosystems.
