1. Lignicolous Macrofungi
Search for basidiomata and isolate strains, including for ex situ biodiversity conservation. Maintenance of the research collection of fungal strains.
2. Medicinal Mushrooms
Extraction and characterization of active ingredients. Research to evaluate the effects of some medicinal mushrooms on aging processes.
3. Degradation and recycling of agro-industrial substrates
Search for optimal conditions to promote the degradation of various substrates, including to optimize their recycling. MicoDEP and CE4WE projects.
4. Collaboration in the research and development of mycomaterials
MATER project and collaboration with MOGU srl.
5. Analysis of superficial and skin mycoses
Search for etiological agents of the most common mycoses in the population and their sensitivity to antifungal agents.
